Muslim Women Street Defence

Service Description

These classes are designed for 2-4 Muslim sisters to train together - Prices are as follows: a) £75 (2 person(s)); b) £100 (3 person(s)); c) £115 (4 person(s)). Women's Street Defence is very much at the fore front of modern day life. The sessions teach women techniques that will provide confidence, strength and ability to defend themselves against an attacker. The goal is not to make you a fighter but to make sure you give yourself the opportunity to BREAK - ESCAPE - SURVIVE.
