These classes are designed for 2-4 Muslim sisters to train together - Prices are as follows: a) £75 (2 person(s)); b) £100 (3 person(s)); c) £115 (4 person(s)). Boxercise classes are for those than want to keep fit and train like a boxer but without the bumps and bruises. Boxing is one of the most draining sports when it comes to aerobic exercises so if you are up for it; this one is for YOU.
