Women's Street Defence is very much at the fore-front of modern day life. The sessions teach women techniques that will provide confidence, strength and ability to defend themselves against an attacker. The goal is not to make you a fighter but to make sure you give yourself the opportunity to BREAK - ESCAPE - SURVIVE.
